This pizza prep counter operates within a temperature range of 0/+8ºC and includes a static inbuilt evaporator with fan-assisted cooling, ensuring your ingredients are always fresh and safe to use, even at maximum ambient temperature of 38°C. The unit uses R600a refrigerant and has an automatic off-cycle defrost mechanism, making it a reliable and low-maintenance option.

With Dixell Electronic controls, this prep counter provides precise and easy-to-use temperature management. It has a capacity to accept 1/1 GN trays/shelves.

The prep counter features a 453mm deep granite worktop, providing a robust and cool surface ideal for dough preparation. The construction is of 304 Stainless steel both exterior and interior, guaranteeing longevity and easy cleaning.
