This spray technology sprays water within the ice moulds that allow the water to be frozen at sub zero temperatures to form the ice cubes. Once these cubes have been frozen over, they are sprayed again in order to create several layers of ice over each ice cube. This gives it a longer lasting time once in use and also has a quicker cooling rate. This is what makes it suitable for establishments that serve drinks uch as bars and night clubs.
