The DCV140A Modular Pyramid Ice Maker generates ice cubes branded as pyramid ice. These ice cubes are produced with a high volume of water frozen over in a pyramid shape that provide a quicker cooling rate. This unit is suitable for commercial use in establishments such as bars, nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, healthcare industries, educational facilities, hotels and supermarkets.
The pyramid ice cubes are created using a vertical evaporator system, which has an ultra smooth finish to prevent limescale deposits even when located with areas of hard water. The Vertical evaporator is located in the interior of the unit and creates an ice sheet which are then dropped from the top of the machine breaking in to seperate crystalline cubes. These cubes are broken in to the shapes of pyramids.
