The DCV750A Modular Pyramid Ice Maker produces crystalline ice cubes known as pyramid ice cubes. These are beneficial when being used within a commercial establishment such as pyramid iec cubes are designed to have a longer lasting melting period while also having the added benefit of a quicker cooling down rate which makes them suitable for being served in beverages.

Pyramid ice cubes are produced using the latest technology by implementing a vertical evaporator within the unit that forces a sheet of ice that has been frozen using sub zero temperatures to the top of the unit, before allowing the sheet to drop and break up once it hits the bottom, forcing the sheet in to inividual pyramid shaped ice cubes. 

The vertical evaporator is produced using an ultra smooth finish as to not allow for limescale deposits to build up on the inside of the machine and forcing it to malfunction, allowing it to be used for a longer time period within a busy establishment.
